Meet Felipe Mejia
Real Estate Investor, Entrepreneur, and Educator.
Felipe Mejia is a 35-year-old real estate investor and entrepreneur who built financial independence through hard work, resourcefulness, and an unconventional investment strategy. His journey began at just 18 years old when he inadvertently stepped into real estate by house hacking a mobile home while in college. Originally set on a career in law enforcement, Felipe faced a closed door that ultimately redirected his path.
Determined to build a better future, he turned his focus toward real estate. For two years, while running his own moving company, he immersed himself in books, podcasts, and mentorships, learning everything he could about buying and managing rental properties. By the age of 30, Felipe had achieved financial freedom through real estate. To date, he owns 35 rental units and has successfully completed over 500 real estate transactions. His success sparked a passion for teaching others how to reach their financial goals through real estate investing. He went on to create the Inner Circle Mastermind, a community designed to guide aspiring investors step-by-step through the process of building wealth.
Felipe also co-founded REI Call Center, a company that services over 100 real estate investors nationwide by providing professionally trained cold callers who specialize in finding off-market deals. Beyond business, Felipe is a dedicated husband and father who values time with his family. He loves traveling, creating new memories with his wife and son, and recently began learning to golf. His mission is clear and bold: within the next two years, he aims to create 100 millionaires by sharing the same strategies that transformed his own life.
